New Year’s Eve ticket terms
Version nye-2026-10-11
New Year ticket terms, version nye-2026-10-11
1. Your booking
These terms apply to tickets for the New Year's Eve Gala Evening at Aberdunant Hall, Prenteg, Porthmadog, Gwynedd, LL49 9SR, on Thursday 31 December 2026, starting at 19:00.
Your booking is with Portmadoc Holiday Camp Limited, trading as Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the organiser.
Please check your ticket quantities, guest details and email address before paying. Your booking is confirmed when payment has been verified and a confirmation has been issued. An unpaid reservation does not guarantee admission.
2. Ticket prices and inclusions
Adult tickets cost £43.00 each. Child tickets cost £20.00 each for children aged under 15 on the event date. Guests aged 15 and over require an adult ticket.
Tickets include admission, a welcome drink, gala buffet, live entertainment and dancing. Accommodation and additional purchases are not included unless expressly stated in your booking.
The total payable, including any applicable taxes and compulsory charges, will be shown before payment.
3. Owners' discount
A 10% discount applies to all tickets purchased through the owners' portal by a verified current owner, including tickets for their guests. Discounted prices are £38.70 per adult and £18.00 per child under 15.
The discount is applied at the time of purchase. Guests do not need to be owners themselves. Public website purchases are charged at the public ticket prices.
4. E-tickets and printed tickets
Your confirmation email contains your e-ticket information. You may present your ticket on a phone or bring a printed copy. Printed tickets can also be provided by our team on request.
Your ticket identifies the booking and named guest or guests covered by it. Please check the names and ticket types and contact us if a correction is needed.
An electronic ticket and a printed copy represent the same admission entitlement. Printing or copying a ticket does not create an additional ticket. Each admission entitlement can be used once only.
If your confirmation does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and contact us so that we can check your payment and booking. Please do not make a second purchase merely because an email has not arrived.
5. Cancellation by you and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend, except where a refund is required by law.
This is a leisure event taking place on a specified date. The usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply to these tickets under regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including any right to a refund or other remedy where the event is cancelled or the service is not provided as agreed.
6. Cancellation or changes by us
If we cancel the event, we will refund the amount paid for the affected tickets, including any compulsory booking charges, to the original payment method.
If we change the date or venue, you may accept the change or request a refund for the affected tickets. If we make another significant change to the event, we will explain the change and any refund options available under your consumer rights.
Minor changes to the entertainment programme do not automatically entitle you to a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Guest information and dietary requirements
Please provide accurate guest information and tell us about food allergies and dietary requirements when booking. Contact us as soon as possible if those requirements change.
We will discuss requirements with you, but supplying allergy information does not itself guarantee that every request can be accommodated or that food will be free from all traces of an allergen. Please speak to our team before booking if this affects whether you can attend.
8. Attendance and conduct
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Alcohol will only be served in accordance with licensing requirements, and proof of age may be requested.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions. We may refuse admission or require a guest to leave where reasonably necessary because of threatening or abusive behaviour, a serious safety risk or a breach of the law. Any refund entitlement will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and your statutory rights.
9. Questions, corrections and complaints
For booking assistance, ticket corrections, accessibility requirements or a complaint, contact Aberdunant Hall on 01766 512001 or use the contact details in your confirmation email. Please quote your booking reference.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy (https://www.aberdunant.com/privacy-policy/). These terms do not constitute consent to receive marketing messages.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not restrict any mandatory consumer protection or court rights available to you where you live.
