Willerby Sheraton Static Caravan
2018 Willerby Sheraton 40 feet long x 13 feet wide (it is therefore one of the larger static caravans available). It is also a full residential spec, which means it has extra insulation installed, so can be used all year round.
The caravan features double glazing and full gas central heating. It has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people (using the double sofa-bed).
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed (ottoman style bed for extra storage) and upgraded memory foam mattresses. There is also a dressing table, built-in chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe. Off the master bedroom is an en-suite shower room with toilet, wash basin and large shower.
The single bedroom has 2 single beds with brand new memory foam mattresses, wardrobe and cupboards.
The family shower room has a toilet, wash basin and double shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a newly installed gas cooker, integrated microwave, new integrated dishwasher and integrated fridge-freezer, with plenty of cupboard space provided. A dining table is present that can seat up to 6 people.
The lounge area has 2 x 2-seater sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), TV unit, coffee table and feature fireplace. Patio doors lead out onto the wonderful deck.
A Floe drain-down kit is fitted so that the caravan can easily and quickly be drained down during the winter months if you are off-site.
External provisions:
Directly to the front of the holiday home is a stunning modern deck (only 2½ years old) which gets the sun all morning and late afternoon.
To the side of the holiday home is an enclosed private garden (safe for dogs) – which gets the sun from around 11am and all afternoon.
To the rear, we have fitted an outdoor hot and cold shower (great for rinsing off boots or dogs!).
There is space for a storage unit to the far side.
A car parking space is provided in front of the deck.
The garden is wonderful for wildlife, with rabbits, squirrels, badgers all close by, and an array of bird-life. So far, we have had on or bird feeder blue tits, great tits, coal tits, nuthatches, long tailed tits, jays, greater spotted woodpeckers, bullfinches, hawfinches, chaffinches, robins, sparrows, blackbirds, dunnocks and jackdaws.
